OUR COMPANY
Yes2Peru, LLC was founded in 2021 in Cusco, Peru. The owners partnered with Alexander to use their combined 20 years of experience working with volunteers from around the world. Together, they want to take commercialism out of the true sense of volunteering in a developing country. Over the years, they saw how companies have changed a good deed given by others, into a turnstile business. They are bringing back the authenticity of a cultural experience while giving back to those in need.
Alexander and Maria, with their contacts in Cusco and its surrounding areas have created relationships with their projects, where travelers from abroad can gain a true cultural immersion. Living with families and working at “in-need” projects, travelers from around the world will get away from the tourist traps and the voluntourism trend that’s happened over the last decade.
Your experience immerses you in the local environment, culture, and daily routine. Upon departure, you’ll have a sense of accomplishment, a better understanding of the Peruvian/Andean culture, and a greater value of self-sacrifice.
