Come join Chef Marco, a highly prestigious and decorated chef known for his specialty dishes in fish and seafood, his community outreach programs, and the classes he presents. His restaurant is a Cevicheria with 10 years of prestige within the national market, we have one of the best chefs in Cusco who makes sure that our food and cuisine is of the quality expected. His restaurant boasts a 4.5 star rating across the tourism boards. About the program:

  • Experience is needed. A knowledge of how to maneuver in the kitchen is a must. This is a high paced restaurant.
  • Shifts consist of 9am – 3pm, any 5 days within a Sunday to Saturday week. You will be part of the operating staff.
  • You will learn how to purchase ingredients in the local market and prepare typical, high-end, Peruvian fish and seafood dishes.
  • Work alongside Chef Marco or his sous-chefs. Chef Marco travels throughout the world and may not be present the entire time.
